I stayed in a hotel that was partially underground, facing the sidewalk, which was not ideal but saved me money on dining out all the time. The location was fantastic for exploring the main street Laugavegur and other attractions, with easy access to restaurants, bars, and shops. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff making my vacation experience even better.

Staying on the ground floor was fabulous as it allowed us to have breakfast and store extra food we bought for our day trips. The room was equipped with basic kitchen facilities, providing everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The service was amazingly helpful, with the staff even borrowing us a USB cable so I could finally charge my power bank after a three-day trip. The location is excellent, just a couple of minutes' walk to the main attractions and very near bus stops, making it easy to explore the city. The dining experience, although in the room, was tasty but a bit overpriced, considering it was just a basket picked up at reception. The facilities were sufficient for our needs, and overall, it was a great stay.
